Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 squares, melted Baker's chocolate
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream 4 tablespoons butter, add 3/4 cup powdered sugar and blend.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 squares Baker's chocolate, melted, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
  4. Add 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating after each addition until blended.
  5. Then continue beating until mixture will stand in peaks.
  6. Add to chocolate mixture, folding gently but thoroughly only enough to blend.
