Ingredients

  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • a little Water

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and water until stringy.
  2. Put into beaten whites.

Notes

Very good. 1 1/2 cups sugar and enough water to wet it but not melt. Boil until stringy and pour 1/3 of it on the beaten whites of two eggs. Boil the remaining sugar if candied and pour on balance.
