Ingredients
- 2 Egg whites
- 1 cup Sugar
- a little Water
Instructions
- Boil sugar and water until stringy.
- Put into beaten whites.
Notes
Very good. 1 1/2 cups sugar and enough water to wet it but not melt. Boil until stringy and pour 1/3 of it on the beaten whites of two eggs. Boil the remaining sugar if candied and pour on balance.
