Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Karo white corn syrup
- 2 Egg Whites
Instructions
- Beat the whites of two eggs to a stiff froth.
- Boil the syrup until it threads.
- Pour 1/2 of the syrup over the eggs, beating constantly.
- The other half boil until it forms a hard ball and place in cold water.
- Then add to the eggs, beat as one would fudge.
- Add nuts and pour on buttered tin.
