Ingredients
- 1 Cocoanut
- Plain Syrup
- Powdered Ginger
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Cut a fresh cocoanut into slices the size of a match.
- Boil in a plain syrup until tender.
- Remove from syrup and sprinkle well with powdered ginger.
- Dry in a very slow oven and roll in powdered sugar.
