Ingredients
- 1 Cocoanut
- 1 Cup Sugar
Instructions
- Take a fresh cocoanut and cut in strips about two inches long and one-half inch wide.
- Make a plain syrup of the sugar and one-half cup of water.
- Boil the cocoanut in this syrup until tender, remove from syrup and place on buttered plates.
- Let dry in a slow oven and roll in powdered sugar.
