Original recipe card for Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Dates
  • ½ Pound Confectioners' Sugar
  • ½ Pound English Walnuts

Instructions

  1. With a sharp knife, carefully slit the dates enough to remove the stones.
  2. Cut the nut meats into strips the size of the date stones and slip in the dates.
  3. Press the edges together and roll in confectioners' sugar.
  4. This is a wholesome and delicious confection for the children.
