Ingredients
- 2 Cups Mixed Nuts
- 1 Pound Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- Cover the bottom of a well-buttered pan thickly with mixed nuts or with peanuts.
- Melt the sugar in a saucepan, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
- When melted, pour at once over the nuts and set away to cool.
- Then break into irregular pieces.
- If peanuts alone are used, they may first be rolled to a paste, spread on buttered tins and the hot syrup poured over them.
- This is delicious.
