Original recipe card for Pralines (Maple Nut)

Ingredients

  • 1 7/8 cups Dark sugar
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 2 cups Chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Boil first three ingredients to the soft ball stage.
  2. Beat until creamy.
  3. Add nuts and drop from teaspoon to buttered paper.
