Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- Three Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Cold Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Break the eggs in a bowl.
- Beat with a fork until they are well mixed, then add the salt.
- Turn in the cold water.
- Beat all well together.
- Turn the mixture into a very hot buttered pan, shake and stir until the eggs begin to set.
- Let them form, fold and turn out on a hot platter.
