Ingredients
- 2 lumps Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Powdered Coffee
Instructions
- Put the coffee on in a Turkish coffee pot. It can be found in any of the furniture stores.
- Put on the fire with freshly boiled water and the sugar.
- Add the coffee powder to the water; it is just enough for two after-dinner cups; stir well, let the pot boil up 4 times.
- Between each boil, the pot is removed from the stove and tapped gently on the bottom until froth appears.
- Return to the fire, until it boils again.
- After the last boiling, pour off the coffee from the sediment, first into 1 cup and then into another, dividing the froth equally.
- Serve at once.
