Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Boiling Water

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a deep covered sauce-pan.
  2. Have the water boiling, drop in the eggs and set aside for 8 minutes, when the albumen will be slightly jellied.
  3. To cook hard, leave in the pan 45 minutes.
  4. Never cook eggs over the flame as this will harden and toughen the albumen.
