Ingredients

  • Four Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Milk or Cream
  • To season Salt and Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, add the milk and salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a hot shallow pan, turn in beaten eggs, etc., and stir till set.
  3. Serve on toast if liked.
  4. Chopped boiled ham is a good addition before cooking.
