Original recipe card for Honey, Nut, All-Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Kellogg's All-Bran
  • 3/4 cup chopped English walnuts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt together, add Kellogg's All-Bran and walnuts.
  2. Mix honey, melted butter, and milk.
  3. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Bake in hot oven 25 minutes.
  5. Yield: 16 large muffins.
