Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 pint Boiled Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Onion
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Heat the butter in the frying pan.
- Add the chopped onion.
- When pale brown, add the diced boiled potatoes, seasoned.
- Shake till butter is absorbed.
- Potatoes should not color.
- Add the parsley and take up.
