Original recipe card for Creamed Cauliflower With Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 3 Well-Beaten Eggs
  • 2 Cupfuls White Sauce
  • 3/4 Cupful Finely Chopped Cooked Ham

Instructions

  1. Trim the cauliflower and boil it in boiling salted water until it is tender, then drain and rub the cauliflower through a sieve.
  2. Add the eggs and one cupful of the white sauce to the cauliflower and pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
  3. Bake until firm.
  4. Turn out on a hot, flat dish, cover with the remainder of the sauce and sprinkle over with the ham.
