Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 3 Well-Beaten Eggs
- 2 Cupfuls White Sauce
- 3/4 Cupful Finely Chopped Cooked Ham
Instructions
- Trim the cauliflower and boil it in boiling salted water until it is tender, then drain and rub the cauliflower through a sieve.
- Add the eggs and one cupful of the white sauce to the cauliflower and pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
- Bake until firm.
- Turn out on a hot, flat dish, cover with the remainder of the sauce and sprinkle over with the ham.
