Ingredients

  • Beets
  • Boiling Water
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and put in boiling water.
  2. Boil from 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Then put in cold water and slip the skins off.
  4. Be sure and add a little salt to the water they are boiled in.
