Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- as needed Sauerkraut
- a couple of slices Ham
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Run as much sauerkraut as needed through the food chopper.
- Fry a couple of slices of ham.
- Put the kraut in a covered earthenware dish, turn the hot fried ham over it.
- Cover and place in the oven until ready to serve.
- Turn out on a hot platter and garnish with parsley and slices of lemon.
