Ingredients
- 1 bunch Oyster Plant
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 pint Milk
- To season Salt
Instructions
- Scrape and wash the plant, cut in small cubes and cook gently in unsalted water until tender.
- Drain and add the milk, salt and butter.
- Reheat and serve with croutons, recipe No. 543.
- If a thick sauce is liked recipe No. 591 may be used when the plant is cooked tender.
