Ingredients
- Five Potatoes
- To sprinkle Salt
Instructions
- Pare raw potatoes; cut as thin as wafers with a sharp knife.
- Soak 20 minutes in cold water; dry on towel.
- Throw a handful at a time in a kettle of smoking hot fat; skim out as fast as they are browned and drain on unglazed paper.
- Sprinkle with salt.
