Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 quart Green Peas
- To cover Boiling Water
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoons Flour
Instructions
- Shell and wash the peas.
- Pour over the boiling water, and cook until tender.
- Cream the flour and butter.
- Pour the water off of the peas and add the milk to them.
- Stir in the butter and flour.
- Pour in a hot dish and keep in the oven until ready to serve.
