Original recipe card for Boiled Beets with Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Boiled Beets
  • 1 cup Cream Sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil beets till tender. This will be from 1 to 2 hours, then put in cold water and slip the skins off.
  2. Slice or dice them.
  3. Add white sauce; simmer 5 minutes.
