Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Spaghetti
- 1 pint Canned Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 cup Sweet Cream
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Break the spaghetti into 2-inch lengths and drop into boiling water.
- Let it boil until perfectly tender.
- Rub the tomatoes through the colander.
- Heat to boiling, thicken with a little flour.
- Add the salt, and the cream.
- Dish the spaghetti in individual dishes and serve with a small quantity of sauce poured over each dish.
