Original recipe card for Boiled Spinach

Ingredients

  • About 4 or 5 quarts Spinach
  • Two Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  1. Pick the greens over very carefully.
  2. Wash and cook in salted water for 20 minutes.
  3. Drain, add the melted butter and slice the hard-boiled eggs on top; serve.
