Original Recipe Card
Ingredients
- Three Hard Boiled Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Grated Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Chopped Veal (Cooked)
- 1 cup Canned Tomatoes
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Celery
- To season Pepper and Salt
- Ten Peppers (Sweet)
Instructions
- Mix filling well and moisten with a small 1/4 cup of boiling water.
- Cut the peppers in two, remove the seeds, grease with the butter and fill with the mixture.
- Place peppers in a baking pan with a cup of water in the bottom of the pan.
- Dot the top of the peppers with butter.
- Bake in a slow oven until brown.
