Ingredients
- as needed Potatoes
- as needed Salt water
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups Cream or milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- as needed Cheese
- small lot Pimentos
Instructions
- Cut potatoes in small squares and cook until tender but not mushy in a good salt water.
- Drain water off thoroughly.
- Make a cream sauce of two tablespoons of flour and two cups of cream or milk and tablespoon of butter.
- Cut cheese in small bits and melt with sauce, pour this over the steaming hot potatoes.
- Lastly add a small lot of pimentos cut in fine pieces.
- Serve hot.
