Ingredients
- 1 quart Cold boiled white potatoes
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1.5 tablespoons Finely chopped raw onion
Instructions
- Slice cold boiled white potatoes.
- Into your frying pan put two tablespoons of butter and 1.5 tablespoons finely chopped raw onion.
- Fry till the onion is a light brown.
- Then add 1 quart of the sliced potatoes and two additional tablespoons butter.
- Cook till the potatoes have absorbed the butter, then pack down with spatula and let cake and brown a little on bottom.
- Turn and allow other side to brown.
