Ingredients

  • Turnips
  • Boiling Water
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Turnips should be peeled and boiled from 40 minutes to an hour in a kettle of boiling water to which a little salt has been added.
  2. When they are done, pour off the water and mash.
  3. Put in a hot dish and serve.
