Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 2 bunches New Carrots
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- To season Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Scrape the carrots and put in a small sauce-pan; add the butter, the salt, sugar and pepper.
- Cover with boiling water; let simmer gently for 40 minutes.
- Add the flour, mixed smooth in a little cold water; when it reboils, add the cream and serve hot.
