Original recipe card for Cold Ham and Dandelion Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 quart Dandelions
  • 1 cup Cold Diced Ham
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Take a quart of white and tender dandelion leaves and wash well, using several waters.
  2. Drain, arrange in the salad bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the ham in a frying pan over the fire and cook until a golden brown.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, toss until hot, pour over the dandelion leaves and serve.
