Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 quart Dandelions
- 1 cup Cold Diced Ham
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
Instructions
- Take a quart of white and tender dandelion leaves and wash well, using several waters.
- Drain, arrange in the salad bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the ham in a frying pan over the fire and cook until a golden brown.
- Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, toss until hot, pour over the dandelion leaves and serve.
