Original recipe card for Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • One Chicken
  • 1/2 as much Celery
  • To season Salt and Pepper
  • Lettuce Leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut cold roast or boiled chicken in small dice, add 1/2 as much celery, cut fine; season.
  2. Mix with dressing and set away for about an hour.
  3. Just before serving stir in some more salad dressing.
  4. Arrange on lettuce leaves, cover with a thick dressing and serve.
