Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- One Chicken
- 1/2 as much Celery
- To season Salt and Pepper
- Lettuce Leaves
Instructions
- Cut cold roast or boiled chicken in small dice, add 1/2 as much celery, cut fine; season.
- Mix with dressing and set away for about an hour.
- Just before serving stir in some more salad dressing.
- Arrange on lettuce leaves, cover with a thick dressing and serve.
