Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Pinch Salt
- 8 Large Dates
- 4 Figs
- As needed Lettuce
- As needed Whipped Cream
- 1/2 Cup Blanched Almonds
Instructions
- To the cream cheese add the lemon juice and a pinch of salt and beat thoroughly.
- Remove the stones from the dates and add the figs.
- Mix the almonds with the figs and dates, chopping all to a smooth paste.
- Add to the cheese mixture, shape into balls, place on lettuce leaves and serve with mayonnaise dressing mixed with an equal quantity of whipped cream.
