Ingredients
- 1 Can of Sliced Pineapple
- 1 Lemon
- 4 Large Sweet Apples
- 1 Pint Sweet Cream
- 1 Cupful Chopped English Walnut Meats
- To Taste Sugar
Instructions
- Drain the pineapple and boil the juice with the strained juice of the lemon.
- Sweeten to taste.
- Cut the pineapple in small pieces into a salad bowl, peel the apples and slice them into the salad bowl with the pineapple.
- Sprinkle sugar over this to make it quite sweet, then pour the boiled juices over it and put aside to cool.
- Just before serving add the nut meats and sweet cream, stirring lightly to mix the ingredients.
