Ingredients
- 1/2 head Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Olives
Instructions
- Cut the cabbage into very fine shreds.
- Soak in salt water 1/2 hour.
- Rinse with cold water, arrange in salad bowl, place on the ice.
- Just before serving place olives, stoned, on top of the salad.
- Salad dressing No. 561 may be used.
