Original Recipe Card
Ingredients
- Three-quarters Lobster
- One-quarter Blanched Celery
- Blanched Lettuce Leaves
- Mayonnaise Dressing
Instructions
- Tear the meat of a lobster into shreds with two forks and let it get cold.
- Mix with blanched celery cut in small pieces, 3/4 lobster to 1/4 chopped celery.
- Mix with mayonnaise dressing.
- Make cups of small blanched lettuce leaves, fill with salad, garnish with mayonnaise, capers and lobster coral.
- Keep on ice until served.
