Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 cupful Sour Cream
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cupful Vinegar
- 2 teaspoonfuls Sugar
- 2 teaspoonfuls Salt
- 1 teaspoonful Mustard
- 1/8 teaspoonful Pepper
Instructions
- To one cupful of sour cream add one egg, slightly beaten, and one-fourth cupful of vinegar.
- Mix two teaspoonfuls of sugar, two teaspoonfuls of salt, one teaspoonful of mustard, and one-eighth teaspoonful of pepper.
- Combine mixtures, put in double boiler, and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
