Original Recipe Card
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 package lemon Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- juice of 1/2 lemon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup cabbage
- 1/3 cup nuts
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
- Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water.
- Add sugar into boiling water.
- When cool, add pineapple juice, lemon juice, and salt.
- Mix in grated carrot, crushed pineapple, celery, cabbage, and nuts.
