Original recipe card for Overnight Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pint, whipped Cream
  • 1 medium can Pineapple
  • 1 cup White grapes or cherries
  • 30 Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Nuts

Instructions

  1. Cook egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in double boiler.
  2. Cool and mix in whipped cream.
  3. Add pineapple, grapes or cherries, and square marshmallows.
  4. Mix all together and set overnight.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaf.
