Original recipe card for Canned Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 big peck tomatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 8 onions or less
  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 lb butter beans
  • 1 quart green beans
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • to taste salt
  • 7 ears of corn

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 1/2 hours then add 7 ears of corn cut from cob and boil 1/2 hour longer.
  2. Put in new cans and seal very hot.
