Ingredients

  • Wheat Bread
  • Lard or Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread in small squares or diamond shapes.
  2. Fry in deep lard until they are a golden brown; skim out and drain on white paper.
  3. Pack away in a covered jar; they will keep for some time.
