Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- Two (yolks) Eggs
- One (juice and pulp) Lemon
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 small cup Whipped Cream
- To taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Mustard
Instructions
- Blend the oil and lemon very slowly, with the egg.
- The yolks thoroughly beaten should be added slowly to the lemon juice and pulp.
- Cream may be omitted if desired.
- Add the beaten egg whites last.
- It should be of a smooth, creamy consistency.
