Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- Two Lemons
- 2 tablespoons (heaping) Flour
- Three Eggs
- 2 cups Water
- Size of a walnut Butter
Instructions
- Squeeze out the juice of the lemons and grate the rind.
- Put all the ingredients in a double boiler and cook until thick.
- Then put in the baked crusts.
- Beat the egg whites until firm, add a little sugar and put on top of the pies.
- Brown in the oven.
