Ingredients
- 3 pounds Veal
- 1/2 pound Fat Salt Pork
- 1/4 (grated) Nutmeg
- One Onion
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/3 spoonful Cayenne Pepper
- Three Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
- Chop the meat and onion very fine, mix all together, melting the butter and adding the eggs, well beaten, and the milk.
- Form into a loaf, sprinkle with fine dry bread crumbs and bake 2 1/2 hours.
