Ingredients
- To fill Heart
- A pinch Dressing
- A pinch Salt
- To dredge Pepper
- To cook Flour
- 1 tablespoon Boiling Water
- Flour
Instructions
- Wash the heart and remove the arteries and veins.
- Stuff with dressing.
- Dredge with salt, pepper and flour and brown in bacon fat.
- Put in a kettle and cover with boiling water; boil 10 minutes, then turn the gas down and let it simmer slowly until done.
- Thicken with the flour.
