Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 pound Beefsteak
- 1/2 pound Fresh Sausage
- 1 slice Bacon
- One Onion
- To season Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Run the steak, sausage, bacon and onion through the food chopper.
- Mix well, season and form into small cakes and fry in hot lard.
- The lower part of the round steak, nicely chopped, answers very well for the steak.
