Original recipe card for Graham Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham Flour
  • 2 cups Sweet Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon (scant) Salt
  • Two Eggs

Instructions

  1. Sift the salt with the flour.
  2. Add the milk and baking powder and the well beaten eggs.
  3. Beat up well together and dip into hot, buttered muffin pans and bake in a hot oven from 15 to 20 minutes.
