Ingredients
- 3 cups Bread Crumbs
- To flavor Sage
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- To mix Milk
Instructions
- Truss and stuff them with the dressing.
- If they are ducklings, roast them from 25 to 30 minutes.
- Full grown ducks should be roasted an hour.
- Green peas should accompany the dish.
- If there is a suspicion of advanced age parboil them.
