Original recipe card for Roast Duck

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bread Crumbs
  • To flavor Sage
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • To mix Milk

Instructions

  1. Truss and stuff them with the dressing.
  2. If they are ducklings, roast them from 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Full grown ducks should be roasted an hour.
  4. Green peas should accompany the dish.
  5. If there is a suspicion of advanced age parboil them.
