Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 pint Diced Lobster
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- To season Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Sherry
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 2 (yolks) Eggs
Instructions
- Season the lobster with salt and pepper.
- Put in a saucepan with the butter, heat slowly.
- Add the sherry, cook 5 minutes.
- Add the cream beaten with the yolks of eggs, stir till thickened and take quickly from fire.
