Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Fish
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- A pinch Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
- Pick over the fish carefully, to remove bones and skin.
- Place it in a covered earthenware dish and pour over a white sauce, recipe No. 591, very hot.
- Place the butter in the center of the dish and set it over the fire to melt.
- Serve very hot.
