Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Fish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • A pinch Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  1. Pick over the fish carefully, to remove bones and skin.
  2. Place it in a covered earthenware dish and pour over a white sauce, recipe No. 591, very hot.
  3. Place the butter in the center of the dish and set it over the fire to melt.
  4. Serve very hot.
