Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons large pearl tapioca
- pinch salt
- 1 cupful sugar
- juice of 1 large lemon juice
- juice large can of pineapple
- 1 cupful diced pineapple
- 1 cupful white grapes seeded and peeled
- 1 cupful nut meats
- 1 pint whipped cream
Instructions
- Soak 6 tablespoons large pearl tapioca overnight.
- Cook with pinch of salt in double boiler until clear.
- When cold, add 1 cupful sugar, juice of 1 large lemon and the juice of 1 large can of pineapple.
- Cook until thick (drops off spoon).
- Set aside to cool, then add diced pineapple, 1 cupful white grapes seeded and peeled, 1 cupful nut meats.
- When ready to serve, fold through 1 pint of whipped cream.
