Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fruit sauce
- 6 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
Instructions
- Boil water, fruit juice, and salt.
- Mix corn starch and sugar thoroughly and add to the boiling liquid, stirring constantly for ten minutes.
- Beat whites of eggs stiff and add to mixture when slightly cold and beat.
- Turn into wet mold and cool.
- Serve with cream or boiled custard.
